Cupcake Mosaic

To try and further our icing techniques we were asked to design and construct a cupcake mosaic using between 12 and 24 miniature cupcakes. With a lot of thought and effort, my partner and I decided to make a mosaic of the one and only Gary the snail, from Spongebob Squarepants (who doesn't love Gary?). I was very pleased with our outcome although next time I would like to try a more difficult design perhaps.
